Online exams
Yes, there's a full built-in module. You can create monthly exams, reviews, or quick quizzes and publish them to students on a dedicated link (exams.edubookapp.tech) — without any external tool.
Three types: multiple choice, true/false, and fill-in-the-blank (with the option to define accepted alternative answers).
The system grades automatically the moment the student hits “Submit.” The score shows instantly, or stays hidden until you publish it yourself.
No, it's a Pro and Enterprise feature only. Trial and Starter can see the page but can't create exams.
Online groups
Yes. You can make a group in-person, online (Zoom/Teams), or hybrid. Connection happens in Settings → Integrations.
Yes on Pro and Enterprise. When a student joins the meeting with their registered email and stays long enough, the system records their attendance automatically via webhook.
On Enterprise only. Other plans add the link manually. Teams still requires pasting the link manually.
Bookings & parents
Every center has a public booking link (book.edubookapp.tech/{center-name}). The student picks the subject and group and fills in their details; the request waits for your approval.
Yes, a dedicated portal (parent.edubookapp.tech). They log in with their phone + email, receive an OTP code, and see all their children.
Yes. From the Forms menu you can customize fields, what's required vs optional, payment methods, and instruction text — all in Arabic and English.
General & subscription
The app runs locally and fast. If the internet drops, it keeps running for 7 days thanks to a stored snapshot, then asks to reconnect.

Absolutely. A 14-day trial with every feature and no payment details. Then you pick a plan and pay if you like it.
Every license response is Ed25519-signed, sensitive data is encrypted, and every connection is TLS. And your data is yours — we don't sell or share it.
